N. Sokolovsky» popup.description2  The object of research is the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of the properties of arable soils, agricultural processes of precision agriculture. The purpose of the research is to improve the existing system of agriculture, to stimulate the balanced and sustainable use of soil resources of Ukraine, to increase the overall efficiency of the implementation of agriculture through the introduction of effective and progressive new agricultural technologies based on the consideration of the spatial heterogeneity of the properties of arable soils. Research methods – analytical-bibliographic, field, laboratory-analytical, mathematical-statistical, geostatistical and pedotransfer modeling method. Theoretical results - the experience of theoretical-methodological and information-methodological bases of studying spatial features of soil properties is analyzed; methodical approaches to optimization of agricultural wastes are substantiated taking into account heterogeneity of soil properties. Practical results - clarified criteria for spatial heterogeneity of arable soils; space-time changes in soil properties were evaluated; the sizes of individual working areas within the fields for the implementation of differentiated agricultural technologies are substantiated; developed scientific and practical recommendations "Optimization of agricultural waste based on taking into account the heterogeneity of the properties of arable soils". Scientific novelty lies in the refined criteria for the spatial heterogeneity of arable soils; development of measures to introduce differentiated agricultural technologies; development of recommendations for optimization of agricultural waste based on consideration of heterogeneity of soil properties. The efficiency of implementation is to reduce energy costs for the production of products and increase the economic efficiency of agricultural production by 20-40% due to the differentiation of agricultural waste.
