The purpose of the work is to determine the cytotoxic effect of samples of hydrogel materials on MA104 cell culture. Research methods are cytological: growing cells, measuring the cytotoxic effect of samples using the MTT test and the crystal violet test. The cytotoxic effects of the hydrogel materials provided for research on MA104 cell culture were determined, and it was established that the introduction of the Albucid solution into their composition has a significant effect on the realization of their cytotoxicity.
