Registration Date 22-01-2024 Organization D. F. Chebotarev Institute of Gerontology of the National academy of the medical sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 It has been established that the consequence of mine-explosive trauma (MVT) is changes in the bioelectric activity of the brain, which in 70% of patients are characterized by moderate disorganization and a decrease in the frequency of the alpha rhythm, mainly in the frontal and central areas of both hemispheres. In 30% of patients, the power of slow delta and theta rhythms in the central areas of both or one of the hemispheres additionally increases. In patients with MVT, the velocity of blood flow in some cerebral vessels is statistically significantly reduced, and such changes are more significant in the age group of 41-59 years. According to the HADS hospital anxiety and depression scale, 17% of men with MVT had symptoms of anxiety, 10.6% - depression, and 38.3% - a combination of anxiety and depression. 45% of men with MVT were diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder according to the PSL-5 scale. A statistically significant correlation between indicators of psycho-emotional state and cerebral blood flow is characteristic of servicemen with MVT. The analysis of the structure of correlations between the level of anxiety or depression and indicators of cerebral blood flow gives reasons to recommend the inclusion of vasoactive drugs in the rehabilitation system of patients with MVT for the correction of psycho-emotional state disorders. MV, even of mild severity, leads to accelerated aging of the cardiovascular system. A high level of cortisol in the blood plasma indicates that men with MVT are in a state of chronic stress. Changes in blood flow in the vessels of the microcirculatory link of the circulatory system are a consequence of the transferred MVT. Individuals with MVT have older vascular age compared to individuals without MVT and preserved endothelial function. Men with paradoxical vasospasm have twice the cardiovascular risk. Taking into account the heterogeneity of changes in the functional state of the brain, determined by the results of the study  Product Description popup.authors Duzhak Georgiy V Kovtonyuk Tetyana Kozlov Sergii Korkushko Oleg V.
