The purpose of the work: assessment of modern methods of terroir identification using characteristics of landscape and ecological conditions, DNA identification of soil microbiota, yeast component of the berry microbiome and objects of the phytopathological complex of vineyards. Research methods: analytical, expeditionary, cartographic, comparative. Research results. The potential components of the grape berry microbiome, leaves, grape root system, and soil for terroir identification were evaluated. It was found that the diversity of the grape berry microbiome leads to the conclusion about its potential use for terroir identification due to the significant diversity of composition compared to other parts of the grape plant. Based on the data obtained by scientists of a number of wine-growing countries of the world, it should be noted that yeast species can become such an "identifier", especially since they allow characterizing not only the plant group, but also wine production and soils. Classical microbiological methods, PCR identification of individual species and sequencing can be used as methods of identification of components of the microbiome of grapes and soils. Key words: vineyard, microbiome, berry, leaves, root system, terroir. Product Description popup.authors Buzovska Marina B Bulaieva Iuliia Yu. Liashenko Halyna V.
