Research methods - analysis using the MEGA nucleotide sequence analysis program. Research results. The analysis of the open database of the foreign collection (Japan) was made, and the nucleotide sequences of 8 yeast strains isolated at the National Research Center "IViV named after V.E. Tairov" from the Sukholimansky white variety and deposited in the specified collection. The identification of the species of yeast strains isolated on the Sukholimansky white variety was carried out, it was determined that 8 studied strains belong to the Sacharomycescerevisiae species The capabilities of programs for analyzing nucleotide sequences were evaluated for phylogenetic studies, and the version of the MEGA program was chosen for further work. An analysis of the nucleotide sequences of ribosomal RNA genes of wine yeast strains isolated from the Sukholimanskyi white variety in different regions of the Odesa region was carried out, which showed the presence of clustering of groups of the studied strains (the first cluster is strains isolated from the vineyards of the Tairovske State Enterprise, the second is strains isolated from vineyards of the O.V. Suvorov SE DG"), thereby demonstrating the influence of location and environmental conditions on the diversity of wine yeast strains.
