The object of research is grape plantations of the Sukholimansky white variety in the research regions, grape plants of the Sukholimansky white variety. The purpose of the work is to evaluate objects of the phytopathological complex of vineyards as one of the key components of the microbiome of the terroir. Research methods – cartographic, expeditionary, comparative-analytical, visual surveys (route), PCR, sequencing of amplified fragments. Research results. Early spring and summer inspection of plantings of the Sukholimanskyi white variety in the Tairovske Sub-division and O.V. Suvorova showed the presence of high levels (one-year shoots - from 28 to 100%, green shoots - from 3.3% to 93.3%, depending on the degree of damage. On a significant number of bushes, endophytic symptoms on the wood were noted, which indicates the presence of damage eutyposis, and probably botryosphere. In some places, symptoms of escal damage were noted; no symptoms of viral, phytoplasma diseases, and bacterial cancer were detected. DNA identification of potential causative agents of diseases of perennial grape wood by sequencing the ITS region revealed the species Botryosphaeria dotnidea, Alternaria sp., Alternaria alternata, Eutipa lata, Phomopsis sp; A database of the main diseases and their causative agents in the research areas has been created. The predominant amount of the base consists of species of fungi - pathogens and/or species of saprophytes. Phytoplasmas and bacterial cancer of grapes are virtually absent, the presence of a viral disease - curling of grape leaves - which was detected by symptoms, was not confirmed by the PCR method.
