The activity of scientific and pedagogical workers is carried out according to clearly defined stages, each of which provides a specific result. In particular, during the reporting period, an experimental methodical system and a model for training future biology teachers in the conditions of the National Academy of Sciences were developed and tested. It was established that the training of future biology teachers in the conditions of the National Academy of Sciences is a complex methodical system with a pronounced structure and functional interrelationships that develops under the influence of the social environment. Determining factors of the social environment that ensure the movement of the system are singled out: socio-political, socio-economic, scientific-research, pedagogical, cultural. The structural components of the system were defined: the purpose of training future biology teachers in the conditions of the National Academy of Sciences; the content of educational activities; students of higher education as subjects of educational activity; means of pedagogical communication; methodical conditions, result of activity. It was found that the structural components of the system interact in the functional field, which is dominated by the following connections: projective, constructive, organizational, gnostic, corrective. We summarize that the system is open and self-organizing. The mobility of the system depends on its ability to quickly respond to changes in the determining factors of the environment.
