The study used global frequencies of alleles stored in the database Allele Frequency Net Database and Ensembl database. The goal of the work is to improve the immunoprophylaxis of highly contagious viral infections. Research methods: serological, epidemiological, genetic, mathematical and statistical. A significant impact of herpes virus infection on the development of long covid syndrome was established: more than half of patients with long covid were infected with Epstein-Barr virus (80%), cytomegalovirus (53%) and human herpes virus type 6 (62%). Vaccination against COVID-19 protects against severe forms of the disease and severe complications. The probability of developing a long covid-syndrome decreases after vaccination against Sovid-19, both after the first dose and mainly after the second dose. The results of the analysis of genetic studies emphasized the importance of genetic factors in determining the risk and course of COVID-19. The revealed relationships between immunogenetic markers and vulnerability to the disease of COVID-19 can become the basis for further research and the development of new prevention and treatment strategies.
