Bakul Institute of superhard material of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  It was established that, the energy of the sludge particles and wear particles is inversely proportional to the spectral separation between them during the resonant transfer of energy from the particles of the polishing system to the treated surface and from the treated material to the particles of the polishing powder. It was shown that the probability of the formation of a deposit on the treated surface from sludge particles and wear particles is proportional to the total cross section of the dispersion of wear nanoparticles on the sludge nanoparticles. The theoretically calculated distribution function of the full scattering cross-section in the circular zones of the treated surface is in good agreement with the experimentally determined function of the plaque microprofile for a deviation that does not exceed 12.5%. It has been experimentally confirmed that a deposit is observed as a film of 1.5 μm and 0.3 μm thickness, respectively, which forms a complete or partial coverage of the surface of the part during the polishing of polystyrene and polyallyldiglycolcarbonate using DS2 dispersion system.
