Mechnikov Institute of Microbiology and Immunology National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2  The object of the study is immunological reactivity and peculiarities of the course of respiratory viral infections in patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases (ARD). The purpose of the work: to study the peculiarities of immunity and the course of comorbid respiratory infections in patients with ARDS, including in wartime conditions, and to develop ways to improve immune and clinical responses. Research methods are epidemiological, clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunological. Findings and their novelty - low ARZ activity/remission is shown to be a good predictor of the course of COVID-19. Taking vitamin D3 shortens the duration of symptoms of COVID-19, helps to reduce the levels of IL-6, IL-4. Vaccination against COVID-19 infection is safe for patients with ARDS, leads to the formation of an immune response. In the first year of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, internally displaced persons (IDPs) with IDPs were more often and more severely ill with acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) than patients who did not migrate. Taking vitamin D3 reduces the incidence of SARS in patients with ARDS. Addition of sulodexin to the standard therapy of COVID-19 in patients with CKD reduces the number, duration, degree of manifestations, and also contributes to the normalization of inflammatory markers (IL-6, C-RB, D-dimer Product Description popup.authors Grishyna Оlena I Menkus Olena V popup.nrat_date 2024-01-23 Close
