A theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific and technical problem, which is manifested in the development and creation of technological processes for the processing of non-rigid screw blanks, are presented, which ensured the expansion of technological capabilities and the improvement of technical and economic indicators. For the first time, the actual scientific and technical problem of modeling the connections of the structural elements of helical non-rigid workpieces, technological operations and equipment for their implementation has been solved, the mechanism of interrelationships of the design and technological parameters of the turning operation of boring and equipment with the indicators of the quality of the forming of the surfaces of the processed parts has been determined.
