The purpose of the work is to ensure the unity of time and frequency measurements in Ukraine, as well as to provide time-frequency information and information to ensure a unified accounting and reporting time. The subject of the research is the national (state primary) standard of time and frequency units NDETU TF-01-2021, the national time scale, methods of transmitting time and frequency units, new methods and means of time and frequency measurements. The research method is experimental: carrying out measurements using the national (state primary) standard of time and frequency units and statistical analysis of the measurement results. The functioning of the structural subdivision of the NSC "Institute of Metrology" - the research laboratory "Main Center of the Service of Uniform Time and Reference Frequencies" is ensured. The functioning of the national (state primary) standard of time and frequency units, which is stored in the HC of the SRC, the reproduction and storage of time and frequency units by this standard, the maintenance of the national coordinated time scale of Ukraine (UTC(UA)) and its comparison with the International Coordinated Time Scale and national time scales of standards of other countries, as well as participation in the formation of the International Atomic Time Scale.
