For the first time: ‒ the methodological principles of assessing the dependence of the reflexive-active environment of interaction and coordination of business processes on their management competence potential based on the use of the Cobb-Douglas production function in a modified form are substantiated. This makes it possible to determine the impact of the components of RAE on the performance of both business entities (production output, labor productivity, capital return), and on the gross regional product; ‒ methodological approach was developed to determine the regularities of the relationship between the dominants of the adaptation of business process management and their effectiveness at the micro- and meso-levels based on the application of rank correlation and the questionnaire method of observation.
