An algorithm for detecting and suppressing weak radio interference, which takes into account not only the statistical characteristics of signals in frequency channels, but also the correlation of these parameters with adjacent channels has been developed. A methodology for reproducing ionospheric disturbances by radio illumination of near-Earth space with signals from the transmitters of the global navigation satellite system by receiver system "Geoterrace", located in the western region of Ukraine, which includes 75 spatially dispersed receiving stations, has been created. The data on the morphology of moving ionospheric disturbances caused by the eruption of the Tonga volcano were processed and visualized, which are in good agreement with the results of other authors and provide new information on the catastrophic event of a planetary scale and its impact on the state of space weather. The development of an ultra-sensitive 1.35 cm radiometer has been completed. A methodology for observing and calibrating a 3-mm range of atmospheric brightness temperature measurements at specific operating frequencies (112.3 GHz and 115.3 GHz) has been developed.
