The development is focused on recognizing the emotional state of listeners of the distance learning system, which is implemented through neural network analysis of their keyboard handwriting, voice, and facial image. In the future, the type of emotional state is determined, which is the most suitable from the point of view of students' mastering of educational materials. Correction of the emotional state is implemented by changing the emotional coloring of multimedia messages sent to students during the educational process and by changing the mode of presentation of educational materials. Information technology is focused on available hardware of the distance learning system. The obtained solutions can be used in the field of national security and defense of Ukraine when conducting information wars to recognize the destructive influence of non-verbal content in multimedia messages of the mass media.
