It was determined that in order to ensure the inclusive development of the agrarian sphere, an important factor is the proper formation of the material and technical base of agriculture, the maximum implementation of measures to increase the effective activity of agricultural enterprises, the creation of an appropriate mechanism of state support for innovation and investment activities; radical improvement of the process of credit provision and diversification of credit instruments in order to attract investments on a long-term basis; creation of conditions for the development of farms, including family farms, especially in regions with low investment activity and material and technical support.
