The purpose of the study: to analyze, describe the existing and create a new source material with the specified parameters. Develop a rapeseed variety model. Methods of biochemical analysis: infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The main results of the work. Among the combined inbred lines of spring rape, number 29 - 3.56 t/ha, number 22, and number 30 - in terms of oil content, were selected according to the complex of economic and valuable characteristics and yield; 3 samples KS33/21, KS39/21, KS28/21, KS50/21 were selected - by oil content 49.8%, 50.1 and 51.5%, weight of 1000 seeds 4.9-5.5 g, height of samples corresponded to the optimal model of the variety - 130-145 cm. Selection numbers of spring rapeseed PSV12/20 - 3.26 t/ha, PSV13/20 -3.33 t/ha and PSV18/20 - 3.45 t/ha were selected in the preliminary variety test; and winter rape - PSP2/21 - 5.33 t/ha, PSP3/21 - 5.21 t/ha, PSP6/21 - 5.32 t/ha and PSP10/21 - 5.12 t/ha. Іn KSR of spring rape - the highest yield was provided by selection numbers KSR1/20 - 2.81 t/ha, KSR2/20 - 3.21 t/ha, KSR4/20 -3.34 t/ha, KSR9/20 - 2.99 t/ha. . In KSV of winter rape - three samples were selected: KSV3/21, KSV6/21 and KSV10/21, which ensured the yield of conditioned seeds of 4.53 t/ha, 4.64 t/ha and 49.2 t/ha, respectively, the yield increase is 0.72 t/ha, 0.83 t/ha and 1.11 t/ha.
