The purpose of the work is to improve the results of diagnosis and treatment of patients with orthopedic manifestations in SCM by studying the peculiarities of the course of their clinical-orthopedic and radiological manifestations, systematizing the latter, researching the structural and functional state of bone tissue and hemodynamic disorders, developing a differentiated algorithm and highlighting the peculiarities of surgical treatment of orthopedic manifestations in this category of patients. Research methods are clinical, instrumental, x-ray, dopplerographic, biochemical, x-ray densitometric, statistical. In 39 patients with congenital vascular malformations, the clinical, orthopedic and radiological features of the course of the disease were studied. Among the clinical-orthopedic manifestations in patients with SCI, pain syndrome is diagnosed in almost all patients, orthopedic pathology: the difference in the length of the lower limbs (LLB), contractures in the joints in almost 90%, the severity of orthopedic manifestations and their variety depends on the prevalence of the pathological process, severity hemodynamic disturbances and the rate of progression of secondary fibrous (scarring) changes in the soft tissues of the affected limb. A working clinical-orthopedic classification of the functional state of the lower extremities in SCM was created, which takes into account the pain syndrome, leading orthopedic manifestations, their degree of severity and hemodynamic disorders and allows creating a foundation for the strategy and tactics of treating the pathology of orthopedic manifestations in this category of patients.
