The subject of the research project was the effect of metallic and non-metallic micro- and nano-sized impurity elements on the structure and structure-sensitive properties of rapidly hardened metal alloys, taking into account the kinetic and thermodynamic conditions of their production. The purpose of the work is to choose the composition and optimal modes of connection of materials, taking into account the temperature dependence of the elemental and phase composition of the structure and the physical properties of molten and rapidly hardened crystalline and amorphous phases. Research methods – study and analysis of the structure, microstructure, phase transitions, thermophysical and structure-sensitive properties of composite materials (electrical conductivity, specific electrical resistance, thermopower, viscosity). Strengthening of composite solders based on Sn–Ag–Cu alloys by adding nano-sized impurities that reduce brittleness and increase thermal stability of soldered joints was studied. Experimental samples of nanodisperse materials for lead-free solders were created; improved technological conditions for the production of solders for possible use in electronic components of military equipment and microelectronics.
