The goal of the project is to develop science-based proposals for improving the system of organizational and economic levers to create conditions for the effective functioning of bioresource markets, taking into account food security and reducing Ukraine's energy dependence. The research used the following methods: abstract-logical, system analysis, series of dynamics, grouping, graphic, correlation-regression, economic-mathematical modeling and program-target. In the process of research, the scientific foundations of the development of the main markets of agricultural products were developed, which will contribute to the solution of food and energy problems in the conditions of transformational changes. Proposals have been developed regarding directions for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products. A forecast of the state of the agro-food market was made, taking into account the economic situation during the period of martial law in the country. The competitiveness of different categories of farms on the fruit and berry market was determined. The quality of poultry meat was evaluated as the basis of the export potential of meat products of Ukraine. Directions for improving the functioning of the agro-food market with state support in the post-war period are proposed. The economic effect of the implementation of the results of scientific and research work will be manifested in the removal of the raw material orientation of domestic agricultural exports and the increase of added value created in the middle of the country. Research can be used by state bodies in the development of strategies and programs for the development of the agricultural market and in the formation of pricing policies for the main types of agricultural products.
