According to the direction "Socio-economic, scientific, educational and innovative environment of the southern regions of Ukraine": It is developed the methodological principles and information base for the assessment and strategizing of socio-economic cohesion and the development of regional systems in the context of European integration and the implementation of programs of the Recovery Plan of Ukraine, which include methodological approaches to the assessment of the level of cohesion according to socio-economic, spatial, innovative, institutional features in regional territorial and economic systems, and involve the use of digital tools to achieve consensus and make socially agreed decisions in the areas of spatial planning and sustainable development of communities. According to the direction "Integration processes of the markets of the Danube-Black Sea region": organizational and economic mechanisms and proposals for institutional support of cohesion in regional systems have been developed, which consist in: streamlining the norms of industrial parks functioning in order to meet the requirements of investment development of territories and conducting socially responsible business; substantiating the instruments of regional agreements and cooperation agreements between regions and communities of Ukraine, which create conditions for attracting investments, increasing employment, developing entrepreneurial initiative, human and social capital on the way to post-war recovery and ensuring sustainable development of depressed areas.
