Values of "additional" seismic risk of damage/destruction on flooded loess soils were obtained for: railways, highways, main gas pipelines, power grids, and residential and industrial structures. Military operations have increased this risk due to explosive tremors, which can provoke the loss of the load-bearing capacity of the flooded loess subsoil (its thixotropic loosening). Means and methods of informational and analytical support for solving the tasks of ensuring the sustainability of СІО in regional socio-ecosystems under the conditions of the growth of natural, technogenic and social threats have been developed.
