The goal of the 3rd stage of research: 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 - "To develop scientifically based algorithms of a differentiated system of diagnosis, therapy and prevention of suicidal behavior on the example of unipolar depressive and bipolar affective disorders." Research methods: clinical-psychopathological, clinical-amnestic and catamnetic analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. In patients with bipolar affective disorder and recurrent depressive disorder, who have a history of suicide attempts, a pathomorphosis of depressive symptoms against the background of military operations was found - a decrease in scores for the item "subjective signs of low mood" and a decrease in the intensity of suicidal thoughts; this indicates the launch of certain adaptation mechanisms in this group against the background of acute psychogenic events; at the same time, patients of this group have anti-vital tendencies in the form of high indicators on the hopelessness scale, which indicates a significant risk of suicidal behavior in the future. The features of the transformation of anti-life experiences of patients in the post-suicidal period with the beginning of military operations were revealed - with the beginning of military operations more often than with the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a positive assessment by patients of their suicidal acts in the past and the risk of committing suicidal acts in the future increased. The obtained data indicate the need for dynamic monitoring and indicative psychoeducative work with patients with depression who had a suicide attempt in the past. It was found that the use of craniocerebral hypothermia in the complex treatment of depressive disorders significantly accelerated the reduction of depressive syndromes in general and reduced suicidal tendencies in particular. Key words: bipolar affective disorder, unipolar depressive disorder, therapy Product Description popup.authors Baibarak Natalya Anatoliivna Deikalo Marharyta Serhiivna Denysenko Mykhailo Mykhailovych Kuzminov Valerii Nikiforovych Lakynskyi Roman Viktorovych Prylepa Valentyna Oleksandrivna Serikova Olga Ivanivna Serikova Olha Serhiivna Skrynnyk Olga Viacheslavivna Snisarenko Nataliya Volodymyrivna popup.nrat_date 2024-01-25 Close
