The range of properties of hybrid hydrogel matrices has been expanded by the developed methods of incorporating magnetite, clay minerals, etc. The physicochemical properties of the developed biocompatible nanocomposites, such as hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance, sorption capacity, diffusion properties, thermal stability, etc. were investigated.
