The purpose of the study: the study was performed in the materials of the examination and collection of clinical and anamnestic data of patients of two nosological groups: patients with spinal muscular atrophy - 25, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy - 14, the age of the patients was from 4 to 37 years. The goal of the study: to develop methods and means of continuous or frequent monitoring of vital functions and motor activity of patients with neuromuscular diseases of SMA and DMD. Research methods: clinical and anamnestic, clinical and neurological, motor activity recording, heart rate monitoring, mathematical and statistical, informational and analytical methods. It has been developed that a prototype of a system for continuous registration, transfer and analysis of data generated by movement activity and vital signs of patients. The correlations of various indicators of remote monitoring with the index of general motor activity during the day, the spectral composition of motor activity, the variability of the heart rate and the variability of the absorption of light waves by the skin have been studied. The index of general motor activity during the day has a correlation coefficient 0.71 with the assessment of the HFMS functional scale, in general, in all subgroups (0.74 in the SMA subgroup and 0.66 in the DMD subgroup). It has been found that changes in the spectral composition of motor activity appeared before the objective clinical signs of worsening of the patients' condition, therefore, this allows us to use a method for early detection and prediction of the progression of the sick.
