Dobrov NAS of Ukraine " popup.description2  The aim of the study is to create a concept for the integral assessment of scientific knowledge, taking into account disciplinary and interdisciplinary features and structural specifics of research division into fundamental, applied, targeted, which would take into account the cognitive and socio-cultural requirements for scientific knowledge, the demands of society, practice . As a result of the research, the peculiarities of scientific knowledge assessment of the non-classical period of the development of science were identified, the influence of socio-cultural and contextual components on these processes was determined, and the problems of internal systems of ensuring the quality of education were analyzed. It was outlined polyparadigmatic, complementary, anthropocentric; synergistic, sociocultural, contextual, etc. approaches to the assessment of scientific knowledge. It is analyzed the current state of higher education quality assurance systems at the institutional level. Development of models for internal quality assurance systems, evaluation criteria and procedures were considered. It was studied the concept of "risk society"; transformations in modern science, when science deals with various types of risks; it is analyzed the types of risks, methods for its overcoming and prevention. The obtained scientific results have been tested through publications in specialized scientific jornals: including one section of a monograph, 9 articles and 23 theses of conferences; and through speeches at international scientific and practical conferences, seminars: in 15 conferences, among which 12 are international and 3 all-Ukrainian. The results of the research was implemented in educational process of the State University of Infrastructure and Technologies.
