The consolidation of alloy powders was conducted following technological schemes of cold pressing directly in the mold and by pressing the charge into a steel shell, followed by sintering in different environments (air, argon, vacuum) at various temperatures, with and without the presence of a liquid phase. Hot forging of pressed blanks was carried out at temperatures of 520-530 °C. The phenomenon of liquid phase exudation during sintering was observed, which did not lead to material densification. Recommendations for sintering modes and subsequent pressure treatment of the obtained blanks have been developed.
