The subject of the research is a systematic approach to the modeling of technological processes of the automotive industry, which includes optimization tasks of the transportation organization and statistical simulation modeling of the activity of the service station. The purpose of the work is the application of methods of mathematical modeling of technological processes and especially modern optimization methods, which make it possible to avoid expensive experiments when considering the issues of effective organization of the work of a road transport enterprise. The modeling of stochastic production processes at the car service enterprise is considered in order to increase their efficiency, to choose the optimal strategy and management methods under the given operating conditions. To find the optimal technical solution, optimization methods are used for the task of transportation planning, the method of simulation modeling in the task of organizing the work of the STOA. Theoretical studies were performed with the help of mathematical modeling methods.
