Implementation and compliance with labor protection requirements when developing work projects and drawings in construction organization projects, work organization projects, preparatory work projects, work execution projects, technological maps during the design, construction, operation, reconstruction or expansion of residential, public and industrial buildings. Under the development of safe measures and the fulfillment of labor protection requirements, the following issues are included: ensuring radiation safety in radiation-contaminated industrial areas and residential buildings and structures; fulfillment of environmental requirements at the construction site; increasing the fire resistance of construction structures of buildings; extinguishing fires and sources of ignition; safety of operation of main gas pipelines; reducing the impact of noise and vibration on a person; organization of the workplace of builders, machinists, workers at workplaces; electrical safety of networks and equipment; ergonomics. Research was conducted in the following areas: - safety of human activities; - ensuring safe working conditions during construction works; - reconstruction and modernization of industrial facilities, in the conditions of active production; - reconstruction of engineering networks in the compressed conditions of urban development of the Dnipro; - numerical study of the influence of laminar and explosive combustion in gas-air mixtures; - simulation of deflagration and detonation combustion of mixtures; - simulation of the propagation processes of the shock air wave in the pipe; - use of fire-resistant coatings for building structures; - increasing the fire resistance of building structures of buildings and structures; - extinguishing fires and sources of ignition.
