It has been proven that the synthesized nano-sized polyphosphate esters A4 (P4) and A6 (P6) are characterized by low cytotoxicity and form complexes with antibiotics. The content of antibiotics in the created complexes depends on the conditions of sample preparation (solvents, tyndalization). According to studies of newly created polymers and their complexes with antibiotics toxicity, it was established that when polyphosphate ester P4 is used separately and in a complex with antibiotics, the physiological and biochemical indicators of the animal body are within the physiological standart parameters. Intramuscular administration of P6 polyphosphate ester alone and in combination with antibiotics have a negative effect on the animal organism. Newly created antibiotic complexes (penicillin, amoxicillin, oxytetracycline and doxycycline) in the composition of polyphosphate esters are characterized by a higher antimicrobial effect against microorganisms: S. aureus, E. coli and Ps. aeruginosa. The antimicrobial effect of the created complexes depends on the selected antibiotic and the sensitivity of microorganisms. Higher values of microorganism growth inhibition are manifested by the use of antibiotics in the composition of the P4 polyphosphate ester nanotransporter. Penicillin, amoxicillin, oxytetracycline and doxycycline in the composition of a nanobiopolymer transporter-container (depot) with the code A4 (P4) with intramuscular administration of average daily therapeutic doses had a weaker effect on metabolic processes in the animal organism, compared to analogues in the traditional form. Preclinical studies, taking into account the effectiveness of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms, testify to the expediency of clinical trials and evaluation of the therapeutic properties of the created compl Product Description popup.authors Ilkov Oleksandra O Bodnar Yulya V Branets Roksolana M Vlizlo Vasyl V Zelenina Oksana Mykhaylivna Kozak Mariya Romanivna Kuzmina Nataliia V Kushkevych Mariana V Martyn Yurii V Petruh Iryna M popup.nrat_date 2024-01-26 Close
