VI Vernadsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Photosensitive nanocomposites and heterostructures based on NT-TiO2/CdSe/ZnSe (g-С3N4) and WO3/BiVO4 were obtained by electrochemical and chemical synthesis methods. It is shown that, in comparison with the initial components ZnSe and CdSe, WO3 and BiVO4, the obtained nanoheterostructures and nanocomposites demonstrate an improvement in loading characteristics and a significant increase in photoefficiency. CuWO4 films were synthesized by combined chemical and electrochemical methods. Studies of the gasochromic properties of CuWO4 films have shown that they are capable of being selectively colored in the atmosphere of hydrogen-air mixtures in the range from 1 to 25 vol.%. Nanocomposite materials based on Ti, Fe, Zr oxides modified with rare earth elements (La, Nd, Y) were synthesized. Using the method of inversion voltammetry (IVAM), it was established that the sensitivity of such electrodes to oxygen was (4-6)•10 -6 g/l, to zinc it was 0.1 mg/l, to cadmium – 0.01 mg/l. A method of selective photoelectrochemical determination of the content of Pb 2+ in acidic nitrate solutions has also been developed, which can be used to control the content of lead in chemical industry waste. It was established that the sensitivity of the method is 0.05 mg/l (Pb 2+ ). Partially opened multilayer carbon nanotubes were synthesized by anodic oxidation in 80% sulfuric acid, and a hybrid nanocomposite of carbon nitride and partially unzipped multilayer carbon nanotubes was synthesized. The obtained materials are promising as new types of catalyst carriers for oxygen electrodes of chemical current sources. Electrochemical studies of materials with a layered structure of the chemical composition Na x Cr 0.6 V 0.4 O 2 with a reversible capacity of 130 mAg/g and an average discharge potential of 2.5 V (current C/10) showed acceptable and stable kinetics of electrochemical processes (can be discharged by C/3 currents), which is necessary for use in large industrial batteries.
