Purpose: development of technology for manufacturing blanks of responsible parts for aviation based on experimental study of aluminum alloy blanks deformation processes by methods of severe plastic deformation by reverse shear (SPD-RS) and combined method of SPD-RS and rolling, as well as improving the adequacy of CAE-systems using FEA. Methods: system analysis, methods of experimental research of the stress-strain state of workpieces made of high-strength alloys under conditions of SPD, industrial three-axis forging of aluminum workpieces, rolling, torsion under pressure of hollow workpieces on a specially created installation for severe plastic deformation, as well as methods simulation of various types of pressure metal processing processes. Novelty: for the first time, the SPD technology of billets from high-strength aluminum alloys was developed, which allows to increase the efficiency of the modes of deformation processing of alloys and to increase the strength characteristics of the blanks; for the first time, parametric models of new SPD-RS processes were developed and the results of the influence of changing the shape of the blanks and the stamp on the RS process and the influence were obtained on the process of changing the geometric parameters of the workpiece and stamp. The results: scientific and technological foundations for the creation of a complex resource-saving dual-purpose technology from high-strength aluminum alloys, which allow reducing the weight and cost of manufacturing gas turbine engines while ensuring their high tactical and technical characteristics.
