The object of the study is the fiscal policy of the state in terms of the formation of models and tools of the system of fiscal regulation of the development of agro-industrial production. The purpose of the research is to justify methodological provisions regarding the reform of the system of fiscal regulation of the development of the agrarian sector of the economy. Research methods: economic-statistical, abstract-logical, systematic and comparative analysis, monographic, graphic, normative, mathematical modeling, expert evaluations. Based on the results of the conducted research, the following results were obtained: methodical approaches to reforming the system of fiscal regulation of the development of agricultural production were developed; methodical approaches to improving the formation of budgetary expenditures in the agrarian direction are substantiated; the priority areas of post-war institutional transformation and modernization of the mechanism of state financial support for agricultural producers in Ukraine in the context of reconstruction and deepening of European integration processes are substantiated; the directions of modernization of the system of fiscal regulation of the development of agro-industrial production in Ukraine in the context of overcoming the challenges and risks of its post-war reconstruction and reform are proposed.The obtained results are used in the practical activities of state administration bodies that ensure the formation and implementation of agro-food policy, in particular, they are used in the preparation of individual legislative initiatives, as well as in the work of public associations of subjects of the agro-food complex of Ukraine and individual agro-industrial enterprises.
