New up-to-date techniques for improving the sowing properties of seeds have been developed, which are based on recommendations for effective operation of developed machines and equipment, proposed methods. New research methods have been developed that take into account the physical and mechanical properties of seeds: alignment, germination, viability and resistance of plants to diseases, their influence on the intensification of the work processes of seed cleaning and calibration machines. The developed complex of methods and technical means allows to investigate and improve the efficiency of seed cleaning and transport machines of various types when working with any seed materials, and to ensure the increase in the realization of the biopotential of plants. Conceptually new methods have been created, which are based on the intensification of the main technological processes: sieving of seed materials through the holes of the vibrating screens of seed cleaning machines with different types of activators, which differs from the existing ones by using the physical model of a bubble fluid and methods of hydrodynamics of multiphase systems; pneumatic separation of seed materials in a pneumatic separation channel with a stratification device of seed cleaning machines based on the interaction of the phases of continuous loose media according to rheological laws; electromagnetic separation of seed materials in the working area of the electric separator; pneumatic separation of seeds by seed density, which is based on the use of intensification of the separation of components of a multiphase loose medium; pre-sowing treatment of seeds with electromagnetic radiation; economical transportation.
