The purpose of the work is to screen feed quality violations at livestock and poultry farms in different regions of Ukraine. The research methods are chemical. As a result of the monitoring of the quality of feed from livestock farms of the Central region, 26,0 % of low-quality feed was detected according to the following indicators: the moisture index was increased by an average of 6,5 %, the crude protein content was reduced by 14,4 %, the crude fiber content was increased by 9,4 % on average, the level of crude fat was increased by 10 times, The metabolic energy index was reduced by 4,7 %, the content of macronutrients was reduced by 8,0 and 8,8 %, the acid number of fat was increased by 4,3 %. During the study of the quality of feed from the Southern region, 7,0 % of low-quality feed was detected in terms of moisture, which was reduced by 60,0 % and dry matter content, which was increased by 39.0%. When monitoring the quality of feed from the Eastern region, 24,0 % of low-quality feed was detected according to the following indicators, namely: the moisture index was increased by 1,8 times, the crude protein content was reduced by 23,3 %.
