The idea of the nature and nature of cluster forms of modern territorial organization of innovative activity has been studied and developed. The scientific-theoretical and practical components of deployment in the national economic space of regional innovation systems as a territorial aggregate of production, scientific-educational, financial and organizational-management subsystems have been developed. The object of research is the processes of scientific support of the spatial-cluster organization of the innovative development of territorial socio-economic systems. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical-methodical, organizational-economic and practical provisions of the network-cluster organization of regional innovation systems in the processes of socio-economic development. In the process of performing scientific work, the following research methods were used: theoretical generalization and conceptual modeling; system and morphological analysis; economic-statistical and comparative analysis to determine the general trends of clustering processes of innovative development; mathematical modeling for the formal expression of dependencies between indicators and disclosure of the characteristics of innovative processes; program-targeted in the tasks of determining operational technologies of clustering; project management for the integration of clustering processes into the organizational and economic structure of the regional innovation system. The results of scientific research on the topic are reflected in a monograph and 8 scientific publications, highlighted at scientific and practical conferences.
