The purpose of the work is to determine the permissible levels of air dust in the mining conditions of LLC "Mine 1-3 "Novogrodivska". Research methods – generalization and analysis of measurement results and regulatory documentation, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the research, an analysis of the methods of determining the dustiness of the air and the calculation of the permissible level of dustiness by the factor of critical dust loads under the conditions of LLC "Mine 1-3 "Novogrodivska" was performed. A conclusion was agreed on technically achievable levels of residual air dust.
