The area of use of the method of monitoring the bispectral index and monitoring the index of analgesia and nociception has been expanded to assess the adequacy of anesthesia with various options for anesthesiological support. The monitoring possibilities for the assessment of hemodynamic parameters and autonomic regulation in real time and for predicting changes in indicators intraoperatively have been established. The informative value of changes in parameters of central hemodynamics, as an option for assessing the patient's volemic status in the preoperative period using the non-invasive esCCO technology, has been proven. The obtained results allow us to state wide possibilities for minimizing the impact on the cardiovascular system in the conditions of a transient increase in intra-abdominal pressure.
