The influence of catalyst preparation conditions on the parameters of their porous structure was determined. Methods for controlling the porous structure of catalysts by using different structuring templates and preparation conditions have been developed. The method of forming a hierarchical macro- and mesoporous structure of supports and catalysts by applying mechanochemical, hydrothermal and microwave methods was developed. The specifics of the formation of a hierarchical macro-mesoporous structure in supports and catalysts under the influence of mechanochemical, hydrothermal and microwave treatment were determined. It has been established that the highest efficiency for this group of catalysts in condensation processes is achieved by hydrothermal treatment of the catalyst support before applying the active phase. Recommendations for the optimal parameters of the hierarchical porous structure of the created catalysts have been developed. The regularities of the influence of the hierarchical porous structure of catalysts on the productivity and selectivity of the stages of acrylate monomer production were established. The methods of synthesis and modification of hierarchically structured catalytic systems for use in the production of acrylate monomers were optimized. Methods for adjusting the hierarchical porous structure of catalysts were developed. The optimized methods of synthesis and modification of catalysts were scaled up for production in pilot batches. Recommendations on the technological parameters of synthesis and use of hierarchically structured catalysts were developed. Pilot tests of the best catalysts in the production of acrylate monomers were performed.
