The object of the study is the paradigm of socio-economic development in Ukraine amid various challenges. The research focuses on the economic and social relations among entities at different levels, emerging in the rapidly evolving modern economy during the post-pandemic period and (post)war era as responses to challenges. Objective: The aim of the study is to substantiate an applied post-pandemic and post-war paradigm for the socio-economic development of Ukraine in the face of multifold challenges. The research seeks to propose urgent conceptual approaches to support the economy during war and ensure its resilience on the path to Eurointegration and reconstruction. Research Methods: The methodological foundation of the study consists of globally recognized contemporary economic theories, applied concepts, and instrumental approaches. Findings:It is argued that the global pandemic has fundamentally transformed the economy, giving rise to the concept of a resilient society. The report explores the conditions and principles of countries' preparedness for pandemic transformation. Challenges for the economy and industry during wartime are analyzed, and the resilience of sectors is assessed. Positions of the public education management system that need improvement are identified. New formats of support for economic development generated by the digital economy, including crowdfunding, are analyzed. A prototype of the model of socio-economic development of a modern state based on a people-centric paradigm is determined, considering the alignment of Ukraine's economic structure for integration into the EU.
