The calculations were carried out assuming the implementation of neoclassical transport processes, taking into account recycling and Bohm losses. The devastating effect of Bohm diffusion on the results of neutron yield is shown. Orbital classification schemes have been developed for use as a quick metric for thermonuclear alpha particle losses. These schemes are implemented in the symplectic code for the leading center, SIMPLE. Two options are used. One based on the preservation of the parallel adiabatic invariant, the other using the topology of footprints in Poincaré sections.Compared to the existing approach, the required orbit tracking time for the new classifiers is at least an order of magnitude smaller. This enables a massive sampling of orbits in the entire phase space to identify regular and chaotic regions for the purpose of stellarator optimization. A quantitative version of this property is proposed to be used as a new metric for the collisionless loss of fusion alpha particles. The results are presented for application to two quasi-isodynamic configurations, a quasi-helical configuration and two quasi-axisymmetric configurations.
