The features of skin lesions associated with the acute respiratory disease of COVID-19 were determined with the establishment of indicators of the hemostasis system, functional state of the liver, cytokine status and evaluation of the most significant prognostic markers associated with the exacerbation of dermatoses in the post-covid period. The classification of skin lesions associated with acute respiratory disease COVID-19 has been developed. Methods of treatment of skin lesions directly caused by acute respiratory disease COVID-19 have been developed. Methods of prevention and treatment of exacerbations of chronic dermatoses associated with the transferred disease of COVID-19, in particular psoriasis and acantholytic pemphigus, have been developed and implemented.
