Based on the results of research conducted by scientists of the Scientific Research Institute and its branches, economic norms and standards for manual and mechanized field work, as well as for work performed during the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, small mechanization and equipment of livestock farms and fodder production, cost norms have been developed fuel and lubricant materials for construction equipment, small mechanization tools and special mechanisms; for jobs in the flour mill and grain industry; for bakery production; production of dairy products. Developed: 18 scientific and practical collections of norms and standards; 1 directory of qualification characteristics; 7 methodological provisions. Conducted: research on the state of animal husbandry development; research of retail prices in food markets; research of purchase prices for milk, cattle in the OSH; grain and cereal market research; regional features of the cooperation system in the countryside (based on observations); complex studies of external and internal markets of agricultural products; pricing of works and development of professional standards; study of the economic potential of the development of the agrarian sector in wartime; information provision of state administration bodies and agro-industrial complex enterprises was carried out.
