The subject of development is the process of directional structuring of artificial stone based on hybrid alkaline cements, as well as the formation of its micro- and macrostructure, with the aim of increasing corrosion resistance and durability. The purpose of the work is the development of acid-resistant materials based on hybrid alkaline cements in the R2O – RO – Al2O3 – SiO2 – H2O system with increased impermeability and reduced open porosity for use in products and structures of general construction and special purpose. Research methods: physico-chemical, physico-mechanical, chemical research methods in accordance with current regulatory documents (x-ray phase, differential thermal and thermogravimetric analyses, electron microscopy), as well as the method of mathematical planning of experiments The processes of structure formation of acid-resistant phases in the structure of hybrid alkaline acid-resistant cements were studied. The degree of destructiveness of the influence of an aggressive acid environment on the indicators of the residual strength of acid-resistant alkaline cements was studied.
