The idea of detection is to correlate the destructive influence in the media space with the change in the emotional state of the audience when viewing and listening to multimedia content of mass media. Evaluation of the change in emotional state is realized by means of neural network analysis of the image of a person's face and voice when viewing and listening to multimedia content. Information technology is focused on the use of available hardware and software. The obtained solutions can be used in various spheres of the national economy to evaluate the quality of the services provided.
