The relevance of the work was the need to implement the achievements of science and technology in environmental protection activities to ensure a high economic and ecological effect when used in practice. The use of geo-informational and intelligent technologies in this context allows for accurate analysis of the state of the environment, predicting possible risks and effective intervention to ensure environmental security of territories. Research methods - methods of mathematical modeling, methods of spatial analysis using the apparatus of fuzzy logic, methodology of structural design of information systems, methods and means of conceptual, logical and physical design of databases, geo-informational and cartographic research methods. A method of geospatial multi-criteria analysis of decisions on the placement of solid waste objects has been developed, which is GIS-oriented and differs from existing ones in that it formalizes vague information about the permissible form of compromise between evaluations of alternatives according to various criteria, which allows ranking of alternatives according to the degree of suitability for placement of solid household waste objects, taking into account different decision-making strategies.
