Opportunities for pharmacological correction popup.stage_title Head Nataliia V. Kuzminova, Доктор медичних наук Registration Date 02-02-2024 Organization Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University popup.description2  During the research work new scientific provisions, which allow solving the tasks of modern cardiology, were substantiated and formulated: the role of non-specific systemic inflammation and endothelial dysfunction and their relationship with the blood lipid profile in the mechanisms of the occurrence and progression of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and the possibilities of using of appropriate biomarkers to optimize diagnosis and predict the risk of CHD in patients with COPD. Improved diagnosis of the course and treatment of essential arterial hypertension with concomitant comorbid non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by determining indicators of lipid, carbohydrate, fat metabolism, systemic inflammation activity, arterial stiffness, endothelial dysfunction, systemic hemodynamics, and the structural and functional state of the heart and blood vessels. The clinical-pathogenetic significance of the components of the antiphospholipid syndrome and toll-like receptors TLR2, TLR4 in men with stable coronary heart disease and post-infarction cardiosclerosis were clarified, and predictors of prognostically unfavorable left ventricular remodeling were proposed. An analysis of the structural and functional state of the cardiovascular system was conducted, the early diagnosis of arterial hypertension was substantiated and improved, and the factors of formation of concentric remodeling of the left ventricle in practically healthy normotensive young people were determined.
