The experience of taking into account thermal heterogeneities in the design of building envelopes in European countries was adapted to the national construction practice and regulatory framework. The systematic development of new generation structural materials and technologies for their implementation in construction has been further developed Significance of the work and conclusions As a result of the application of the developed practical recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of public buildings, taking into account the developed solutions of insulation units, the following requirements are met: saving materials; reducing the weight of structures compared to known analogues; saving energy and labor costs; manufacturing and construction by the most technological means; ensuring the trouble-free operation of structures.
