Aim of the study: to improve a level of forest management informational support as well as to enhance planning and implementation of adaptive forest management. Methodology of the study: silvicultural, agrochemical, forestry, mathematical and statistical methods. The regional peculiarities of the growth and development of forest plantations, established using different technologies, have been studied, with the aim of making changes in regulatory documents. The condition and growth features of English oak, Scots pine, European larch, and Douglas fir planted forest stands established with containerized and bare-root planting stock as well as by sowing were determined in various Ukrainian regions.
