A single center for helping victims of violence at Panzi Hospital in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic, which represents an innovative, holistic, person-centered model of care, was analyzed; an algorithm was created to provide comprehensive medical and legal assistance to victims of violent acts in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Organizational and legal principles have been developed for the creation of a center for providing comprehensive medical and legal assistance to persons who have experienced violent acts, including gender-based violence, during the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine During 2023, the Algorithm for providing comprehensive medical and legal assistance to victims of violent acts in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine was submitted for approval to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for implementation in the work of the relevant structures.
